I retain all intellectual property, copyright, and ownership rights to commissioned artwork, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and display my work.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

You may post your commissioned artwork publicly with my watermark or proper artist credit, unless otherwise agreed upon.

My artwork may not be : 1) claimed, copied, or traced as your own and 2) used for AI-related purposes or NFT projects under any circumstances.

Clients are granted personal-use rights only (such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or personal displays). The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or used by any third party.

Commercial usage and reselling rights are not included in the base commission price (including monetized content, merchandise, branding, or other commercial purposes).

If the artwork is intended for commercial use, the commission price will be doubled from the original rate.

Please provide clear image references, descriptions, and details for your commission so I can better understand your vision.

The estimated completion time is around 1 week–1 month, depending on the complexity of the commission and my current queue position.

I will provide progress updates/WIPs during the process to keep you updated on the artwork’s progress.

A sketch will be sent for approval before moving forward. During this stage, clients may request adjustments or provide additional suggestions. Major changes after the sketch approval may not be accepted.

Accepted payment method only via Paypal.

Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on the commission.

Refunds cannot be issued after the sketch has been completed and approved.
